Pursuant to Colorado Lien Law 38.21.5.101 through 38.21.5.105 the contents of the storage units identified below shall be sold to the highest bidder with the proceeds generated from said sale being applied first to the cost of sale, then to the default rent with any excess being returned to the occupant.
