Notable contents include four gold-and-black stanchion posts with ropes, a Coca-Cola themed popcorn maker, assorted cardboard boxes, black trash bags with unknown contents, household baskets, and a flat-screen TV. There are also boxes of papers, books, and miscellaneous electronics. Items range from functional equipment to general household goods, offering bidders a variety of potential finds.

Milledgeville Self Storage Auction Terms. The owner reserves the right to refuse any sale. The winning bidder has 24 hours to pay the remaining balance to the facility. If payment is not made, the bidder will forfeit and the unit will be offered to a different bidder. We accept both Venmo & Cash App. A $100 cash only cleaning deposit is required per unit. Current tenants are not permitted to bid on or purchase their own units. Please call ahead to confirm the office is open. Units must be cleaned out during office hours only. Buyers have 72 hours to completely empty the unit no gate codes will be issued. All contents must be removed no dumpster use is permitted. Any items left behind or failure to clean out the unit will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a ban from future auctions. No exceptions will be made for missed deadlines or abandoned contents.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Milledgeville Self Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
