A1 Storage Auction Terms
72-Hour Clean-Out Period. The winning bidder must call A1 Storage to pay remaining balance. The balance must be paid to A1 Storage within 24 hours. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the unit and the bidder will be considered a no-show. Once payment is received, you will be provided with your gate access code and the code to unlock the unit. Payments must be made by credit or debit card, cash payments are not accepted. A $125 cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is not completely cleaned out. Please note: no dumpster privileges are provided. All sales are final.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (A1 Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
