This unit appears to contain…Briggs and Straton pressure washer, 2900 Max PSI, 2.8 GPM. Power Stroke electric pressure washer, 2000 PSI. General International 10 Inch Drill Press. Wooden work bench with electrical outlets attached, approximately 5 feet x 18 inches . Steel ProMax pool set, 14feet x 48 inches Brother sewing machine. Singer Ultralock differential feed. Fishing poles. One 2-gallon beverage dispenser, and one two count beverage dispenser. Books, toy truck about 2feet long, miscellaneous garage and household items.
Westside Storage Auction Terms
Winning bidder agrees to all terms and conditions set by Westside Storage. ONCE THE AUCTION HAS ENDED THE WINNER WILL BE CONTACTED BY WESTSIDE. Storage Auctions Invoice must be paid for unit(s) before payment is accepted by Westside. If you would like to meet with the facility supervisor, please call 865-980-8550 to schedule an appointment. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact Westside Storage within 48 HOURS to pay amount owed. Winning bidder has 72 hours from END OF AUCTION to clear the unit. If no contact is made or buyer does not clear unit, winning bidder forfeits the unit and becomes the property of Westside. In addition, the winner will be reported to Storage Auctions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is no dumpster available on-site, as a result, ALL ITEMS IN UNIT MUST BE TAKEN AND REMOVED FROM WESTSIDE PROPERTY. GATE CODES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE GIVEN TO THIRD PARTIES TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. Any additional questions can also be submitted by e-mail to westsidestoragetn@gmail.com.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Westside Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
