EXO Self Storage - Sparks/Spanish Springs Auction Terms
Unit must be completely cleared out in 72 hours and done during designated business hours. All purchases are sold as is and where is. Sale subject to cancellation in the event of a settlement between owner and obligated party. A $100 deposit is required and will be returned after successful clearing of unit in 72 hours. Please call 775-852-9206 or visit our office to make payment prior to clearing out unit. Per NRS 108.4783 if any protected property is found after purchase, then the purchaser does not acquire ownership of that property and must returned to the occupant. If the occupant cannot be found after reasonable diligence, then the property shall be returned to the owner. Protected property includes: 1. Documents, film, or electronic data that contain personal information such as social security numbers, credit or debit information, bank account information, passport information, and medical or legal records relating to clients, customers, patients or others in connection with an occupant's business. 2. Pharmaceuticals other than those dispensed by a licensed pharmacy for use by an occupant. 3. Alcoholic beverages 4. Firearms
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (EXO Self Storage - Sparks/Spanish Springs) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
