This unit appears to contain…Large 30' unit, well organized, clean and looks great. Lots of totes and individually packed boxes. who knows what is located in the unit.... Two 10' doors on both ends of the building.
Abundant Self Storage Auction Terms
winning bidder has 72 hours to clean unit out. $150 clean out Deposit refunded once unit is emptied and swept. No Dumpster access. Once auction is won you must contact Abundant Self Storage for access. Please do not show up prior to payment via credit or debit card. Call for appointment to unlock unit. Please notify us of personal pictures and tax returns.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Abundant Self Storage ) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
