Goodest Boy Storage Auction Terms
72-hour clean up, no dumpster privileges, $100 cleaning deposit required. Cleaning deposit can be sent via Venmo to @IAN-CRANCER or by Zelle to 616-403-7924, or by PayPal to icrancer@gmail.com. Once deposit is received I will send lock code for the unit to the winning bidder. I will not be there to assist with the clean out. Please replace lock on hasp when done cleaning, and relock. Once photo evidence is received that unit is clean and swept out and final payment for contents is received, deposit shall be returned to winning bidder. Check payments for winning bids can be mailed to Goodest Boy Storage, P.O. Box 22048, Charlotte NC 28222. Cash payments can be left in green drop box at Storage unit facility near gate of south lot. Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal are also acceptable as described above. Facility hours are 7am-7pm Mon-Sat, and closed on Sunday. Please call 616-403-7924 with questions.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Goodest Boy Storage ) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
