Central Georgia Storage - Old River Auction Terms
**Winning Bidder MUST call to make appointment to meet Manager at location for payment/Unit access/pick up 478 295 3320 Wednesday auctions will normally have until start of business following Monday to empty/cleanout units. 48 hrs to call/meet Mgr. Appointment MUST be during regular business hours. Refund of cleaning deposit(after verification) Must be during business hours $100.00 cash per unit cleaning deposit required NO dumpster privileges Use of dumpster forfeits Cleaning deposit Unit(s) must be completely empty and broom swept Failing to have units cleaned out by agreed time MAY forfeit cleaning deposit. Case by case/manager's discretion
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Central Georgia Storage - Old River) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
