Dollar Self Storage #10 Auction Terms
1. Dollar Self Storage reserves the right to cancel any sale if the bids are, in the discretion of Dollar Self Storage, unreasonable. 2. The Buyer acknowledges that he or she is bidding on all items within the unit and all items must be removed and the unit must be cleaned. In the event that Buyer does not remove all items or does not leave the unit clean, Dollar Self Storage may charge the Buyer its costs in removing such items and/or cleaning the unit. 3. When the Buyer has been awarded the unit he/she must pay cash upon conclusion of the auction for the unit in the amount of the bid plus any percent surcharge to the auctioneer and unless a valid re-seller certificate is provided, tax must also be paid on the amount of the bid. 4 The Buyer must provide a $100 security deposit and must remove all goods within a 72-hour period, or the goods will become the property of Dollar Self Storage. Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Dollar Self Storage #10) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
