Low Tor Storage Auction Terms
-72 hour cleanup, - no dumpster -Cleaning deposit required: 5x5 - 5x15 = $100, 10x10-10x15 = $150, 10x20 -10x30 =$200 Rules/Sale Condition 1. MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES On PROPERTY. 2. YOU MUST MAINTAIN A DISTANCE OF 6FT. FROM OTHER PEOPLE. 3. SALE IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. 4. GOODS ARE SOLD IN COMPLETE LOTS ONLY- EACH UNIT CONSTITUTES AN INDIVIDUAL LOT. 5. THE BUYER SHALL PAY THE PURCHASER PRICE, IN ADDITION TO ANY REMOVAL DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON THE DATE OF THE SALE. THE REMOVAL DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED ONLY UPON COMPLETE REMOVAL OF ALL GOODS FROM THE PREMISES. 6. GOODS REMOVAL DEPOSIT. 7. ALL ITEMS; PERSONAL PAPERS, TROPHIES, AND ITEMS OF PERSONAL NATURE MUST BE RETURNED TO MANAGEMENT. 8. ANY ITEM OF CONTRABAND FIREARMS, DRUGS OR ANY ITEM OF ILLEGAL NATURE MUST BE RETURN OVER TO MANAGEMENT. ANYONE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVE RULES WILL BE BARRED FROM ALL FUTURE SALES. 9. SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY BID LESS THAN STORAGE FEES OWED. 10. ALL PURCHASES MUST BE MADE IN CASH OR Certified Funds ON THE DATE OF THE SALE. 11. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS. 12. ALL GOODS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SALE DATE. GOODS LEFT BEHIND WILL BE CONSIDERED GARBAGE AND WILL BE THROWN AWAY. 13. IN A DISPUTE BETWEEN BIDDERS, THE SELLER SHALL DETERMINE THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER OR RE OFFER THE UNIT FOR SALE. 14. LOW TOR STORAGE NEITHER WARRANTS NOR REPRESENTS AND SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF DESCRIPTION, AUTHENTICITY, OR GENUINENESS OF ANY ITEMS OFFER FOR SALE. NOTE: THE SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO THE PRINTED SALE CONDITIONS.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Low Tor Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
