51 - UHaul of Stone Mountain Auction Terms
UHAUL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY BID. ALL SALES FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
Taxes will be added/ paid at the storage location. If you are Tax Exempt form MUST BE PRESENT at time of payment, NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposit of $100.00 per unit Won. Payment at locations are CASH ONLY. Buyer has 48hrs after sale is completed to pay and have unit cleaned out completely. There is no additional time given. Items must be removed in the 2 days period. If not cleaned out within the 48hr allotment, buyer will be subject to an additional fee determined by the size of the unit. The access hours are from 9am to 5pm ONLY! NO DUMPSTER OR RE-USE PRIVILEGES at locations or deposit will be lost. Any UHaul Dollies or Pads are property of UHaul and are NOT part of the SALE! Please return to the Location. After move out is complete please inform an employee at the location that you have vacated the unit to be checked.
If you chose to rent a unit at the location you must complete a contact in your name before the end of the required time frame. FREE Month Storage Offer DOES NOT apply to auctioned units. UHaul Members, Family and Friends (living with members) cannot bid or buy units for auction at UHaul owned facilities.
Email or printed receipt presented by buyer will NOT be accepted as proof of purchase. Invoices will be available to Uhaul Centers one hour after auction closing.
