You must present photo ID to the facility manager Deposits: You must present $100 cash deposit which will be held until the unit is cleaned out. Use of the dumpster or empty storage units is prohibited. Buyer is responsible for removing everything from the unit and sweep clean within 24-48 hours unless otherwise agreed upon with management. If the buyer does not conform to the terms of each sale, the buyer will forfeit their ability to attend/purchase at future auctions and will also forfeit their deposit. Personal Records: ALL personal paperwork/computer records, family photos, social security cards, birth certificates, government issued licenses or ID, tax records, medical records, school diplomas, and personal information on computer hardware or computer disc information pertaining to this unit must be boxed and returned to site manager ASAP. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! Anything Illegal: Including but not limited to guns, weapons, and drug paraphernalia must be turned over to the proper authorities. The sale of this storage unit was in accordance to the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 105A: Self-Service Storage Act. The Buyer acknowledges that in certain circumstances beyond our control, the Facility and /or Auctioneer have the right to void any sale due to evidence of a wrongful sale or paperwork error by facility. The Buyer agrees and will be refunded the original purchase price of the unit that was auctioned including paid tax and service fees in order to prevent court litigation.
