This unit appears to contain…A nice pallet jack, a LOT of unopened boxes from Amazon (who knows what treasures lie in there!), boxes and boxes of copy paper, toner ink cartridge, unopened electric fuel pump, unopened gaming case, LED color-changing string lights, storage containers, unopened box of paper towels, unopened boxes of cleaning supplies (Clorox germicide), filing folders, new tables, etc. There are a lot of good items in this unit- a lot of unopened boxes containing treasures! Business owners keep your eyes out- this might be the unit for you!
Store In A Wink Auction Terms
72 hours to clean out unit; $100 (CASH) Cleaning deposit per unit*; Return personal items to office. No Dumpster on site. The unit MUST be left clean with no items left. Store In A Wink does not make any claims to the condition of the contents. Store In A Wink exercises neither care, custody nor control over the stored property. The buyer MUST secure the unit with a lock. The Owner and the Owners employees and agents are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to any property stored in the space regardless of the cause of the loss or damage. The buyer is responsible for any damage done to the premises. *Cleaning Deposit is refundable IF unit is left clean, swept out and no damage is done to the unit.*
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Store In A Wink) reserves all rights to cancel or postpone auctions at any point.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a $10 minimum or 15% auction fee (whichever is greater) for every unit won in addition to the unit sale price.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged the auction fee along with 10% of the unit sale price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
